Welcome to Amalfi Wedding Events! We’re excited to support you in creating your dream celebration. To keep everything clear and transparent, here are our simple Terms & Conditions.
​Booking & Payments

All payments for services provided by our suppliers for your wedding event — including the venue, activities, excursions, and everything included in your chosen wedding package — will be paid directly by you to the individual suppliers. Each supplier’s payment terms will always be explained clearly before you commit to their services.

For our planning service, we charge 10% of the total cost of the wedding package you choose. This fee is paid directly to us.

We offer a free one-hour consultation, where we learn all about your dream wedding and explain how our services and packages work.

After the free consultation, if you decide to go ahead with us, we require a non-refundable £150 deposit to secure your project. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment, so it is not an extra cost.

The remaining balance of our 10% planning fee is charged monthly, based on 10% of the value of the activities and elements of your wedding package that have been arranged so far.

We are happy to accompany you to visit venues and meet suppliers before the event as many times as you wish. The first visit is complimentary, offered as a 3-day in-person pre-event visit included in our 10% commission. Any additional in-person visits you request before the wedding will be charged at £500 for up to 3 days — meaning the cost is £500 whether you need 1, 2, or the full 3 days. In our experience, one 3-day pre-event visit is usually sufficient, though this may vary depending on the activities you wish to arrange.

On the dates of your event, we will be there with you to ensure everything runs smoothly and to take care of all logistics. Our presence at the actual event is charged at £250 per day.

The final payment is due only upon completion of our service, and your £150 deposit will be deducted from this last payment.

Payments to us can be made by bank transfer.

Cancellations & Changes

The £150 deposit is non-refundable but will always be deducted from your final payment

Monthly payments made toward our 10% planning fee are non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel our service at any point, we will not charge any further fees, provided that all payments due for our planning work completed up to the date of cancellation have been made. In this case, the £150 deposit will not be returned. Suppliers may apply their own cancellation fees, which will always be explained clearly before you commit to their services.

If you need to change the dates of any booked activities or services, we will be happy to assist you without charging extra fees. Suppliers, however, may charge date-change fees. These will also be explained clearly before you book.

Working Together

We’ll plan and coordinate your dream wedding with care and professionalism. In return, we ask that you provide accurate information and communicate promptly.

We will organise all activities and excursions included in your chosen wedding package.

All contracts and payments for activities, excursions, and other third-party services are strictly between you and the suppliers.

Your free one-hour consultation can take place via Teams/Zoom, in person at our Buckinghamshire office (UK), or we can visit you if you live within the Buckinghamshire area.

On the Dates of the Event

We will be present to manage timings, coordinate suppliers, and ensure all logistics run smoothly. Our role includes making sure suppliers are prepared and deliver their services to meet the agreed expectations and standards.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, mistakes, changes, or issues caused by suppliers and we will always do everything within our power to prevent disruptions and minimise their impact on your day.

Photos & Memories

We love celebrating your beautiful moments! Unless you prefer otherwise, we may use a small selection of photos or testimonials from your wedding to inspire future clients. Just let us know at any time if you’d prefer us not to.
